All devices from Roborock Malaysia are original products.

1. We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged during delivery. 
2. Items that you order may sometimes face a slight delays based on 3rd Party Service Providers 
3. All return charges (courier / tax / duty / stamp / packing) are borne by the buyer.
4. All sales are final. No refund / cancellation / exchange / rebate / reimbursement will be entertained unless stipulated in refund and warranty policies.
5. Orders will only be processed for shipping upon confirmation of payment received.
6. Version / firmware / software / OS may vary and differ based on device age, model and versions.
7. Items sold comes "Original Box Set – Original Box Set with included Accessories". 
8. Boxes may not be in pristine condition due to handling and delivery damage that may occur during shipping.
