Procedures for Warranty
- Email us roborock@hellosmart.com.my your:
- Name
- Contact number
- Address
- Model
- Serial number
- Purchase information
- Date of purchase
- Description of issue
- Photo of invoice and faulty issues
- Wait for the approval email
- After receiving an email about your warranty being approved, pack the defective product in a proper packaging
- Attach a paper stating your name, contact number and order number of your purchase on the packaging

- For courier shipping, you may ship the product back to our service centre
