Procedures for Warranty

  • Email us roborock@hellosmart.com.my your:
    • Name 
    • Contact number 
    • Email
    • Address 
    • Model 
    • Serial number 
    • Purchase information 
    • Date of purchase 
    • Description of issue
    • Photo of invoice and faulty issues
  • Wait for the approval email
  • After receiving an email about your warranty being approved, pack the defective product in a proper packaging
  • Attach a paper stating your name, contact number and order number of your purchase on the packaging

  • For courier shipping, you may ship the product back to our service centre
